Beschrijving

The FSL146MRBN is an integrated pulse width modulation (PWM) controller and SenseFET for off-line switch-mode power supplies (SMPS) with minimal external component count. The PWM controller includes an integrated fixed-frequency oscillator, undervoltage lockout (UVLO), leading-edge spacing (LEB), optimized gate drivers, internal soft-start, temperature-compensated precision current source for loop compensation, and self-protection circuit. Compared to discrete MOSFET and PWM controller solutions, the FSL146MRBN reduces total cost, parts count, size and weight; while improving energy efficiency, productivity and system reliability. This device provides the basic platform for cost-effective design of flyback converters.
