The ENS001-A chip is a full-featured neurostimulation chip that can be used in many fields such as in vitro or in vivo nerve/muscle electrical stimulation and neuromodulation. \nThe chip integrates the core of Crotex-M0, the stimulus drive circuit of multi-channel constant current source output, boost part of the circuit, and power management module, LCD driver, 12bitsADC, temperature sensor. In terms of stimulation output, there are three types of stimulation drivers. DRIVER A is a high-voltage stimulation driver with a unidirectional stimulation voltage of 60V. There are 8 electrode interfaces to form 4 groups of stimulation channels. The output is controlled by four drivers. The minimum unit of stimulation current of DRIVER A is is 33uA. DRIVER C is used for internal nerve stimulation or external stimulation. The maximum stimulation current is 25mA. There are 16 stimulation electrodes in total, 8 of which correspond to an independent control driver and can be freely combined with the remaining 8 electrodes. \n All channels of DRIVER A and DRIVER C can control synchronous output or delayed output. \nThe third type is DRIVER B. Its 24 electrodes are multiplexed with DRIVER A and DRIVER C. DRIVER B has only one driver. It forms a stimulation channel with the remaining 23 electrodes in a time-sharing manner to achieve time-sharing output. The maximum stimulation current is 2mA. \nThe digital communication part of the chip has serial port, IIC, SPI interface, storage space is 32KB, and other resources such as PGA and ADC are available for flexible application.
