3-button capacitive touch IC with auto-calibration function. NMOS level I/O output, the key sensitivity can be adjusted through the sensitivity adjustment capacitor. Ultra-low 4.5uA standby current. 2.2v-5.5v wide operating voltage, built-in power supply voltage fluctuation suppression, to prevent key detection errors.
