The on-chip 12-bit ADC has a resolution as low as 0.0625°C. The GX112X is packaged in a 0.725mm×0.725mm 4-Ball wafer-level package. The two-wire interface of GX112X is compatible with SMBus and I 2 C communication methods, and supports multi-chip access (MDA) commands, allowing the host to communicate with multiple chips on the bus at the same time without sending read and write commands to each chip separately. GX112X supports mounting 16 chips with different addresses on the main line at the same time.
