The AR0144 is a 1/4 inch, 1.0 Mp CMOS digital image sensor with a 1280H x 800V effective pixel array. It incorporates a new innovative global shutter pixel design for accurate and fast moving scene capture. The sensor produces clear, noise-free images in low-light and bright scenes. It includes various sophisticated camera functions such as automatic exposure control, windowing, row skip mode, column skip mode, pixel binning, and video and single frame modes. It is programmable through a simple two-wire serial interface. The AR0144 produces very clear and sharp digital images and is capable of capturing continuous video and single frame images simultaneously, making it suitable for a variety of applications such as scanning and industrial inspection.

The R60ABD1 radar module uses 60G millimeter-wave radar technology to realize the functions of human breathing heart rate perception and sleep evaluation. Based on the FMCW\nradar system, the module is aimed at the personnel's breathing and heart rate frequency output in specific occasions, combined with long-term sleep posture and body movement collection, and reports the personnel's sleep status and historical records in a timely manner.
