Memory chip

The CAV93C56 is an automotive-grade, 2-Kb microwire serial EEPROM device that can be configured as 128 16-bit registers (ORG pin to VCC) or 256 8-bit registers (ORG pin to GND). Each register can be written (or read) serially using the DI (or DO) pin. The CAV93C56 features sequential reads and self-timed internal writes with auto clear. On-chip power-on-reset circuitry prevents internal logic from powering up in an incorrect state.
