Memory chip

The CAV93C46 is an automotive grade 1-Kb microwire serial EEPROM device that can be configured as 64 16-bit registers (ORG pin at VCC) or 128 8-bit registers (ORG pin at GND). Each register can be written (or read) serially using the DI (or DO) pin. The CAV93C46 has a self-timed internal write with automatic clear. On-chip power-on-reset circuitry protects internal logic from powering up in an incorrect state. The device is available in 8-pin SOIC and TSSOP packages.
