Beschrijving

The NCP331 is a low Ron N-channel MOSFET controlled with a 1.5 ms soft-start sequence for mobile applications. Very low RDS(on) enables systems to power or charge batteries at up to 3A DC. The device is automatically enabled when power is connected to the Vin pin (active high) and remains off if there is no Vin (internal pull-down). Due to optimized current consumption, leakage current from the battery connected to the device is greatly reduced, extending battery life.
