ON Semiconductor's AR0132AT 1/3-Inch CMOS Digital Image Sensor with 1280H x 960V Effective Pixel Array. It can capture images in linear or HDR mode with rolling shutter readout. It includes a variety of complex camera functions, such as automatic exposure control, windowing, and video and single frame modes. It works well for both low light and high dynamic range scene performance. It is programmable through a simple two-wire serial interface. The AR0132AT produces very clear and sharp digital images and is capable of capturing continuous video and single frame images simultaneously, making it suitable for a variety of applications such as surveillance and high-definition video. Compatible with ON Semiconductor's automotive image coprocessor, the sensor provides megapixel HDR image processing.

The AR0521 is a 1/2.5-inch CMOS digital image sensor with a 2592 (H) × 1944 (V) effective pixel array. It can capture images in linear or high dynamic range mode with rolling shutter readout, which includes complex camera functions such as binning, windowing, and video and single frame modes. Designed for both low light and high dynamic range performance, it features interlaced T1/T2 readout to support off-chip HDR in the ISP chip. AR0521 produces very clear and sharp digital images and is capable of capturing continuous video and single frame images simultaneously, suitable for security applications.
