The NCP81253 is a high-performance dual MOSFET gate driver in a small 2 mm x 2 mm encapsulation optimized for driving the gates of high-side and low-side power MOSFETs in synchronous buck converters. The driver output can be placed in a high-impedance state through the three-state PWM and EN inputs. The NCP81253 has an integrated boost diode to minimize the number of external components. The VCC UVLO function guarantees a low output when the supply voltage is low.
