The NCP115 is a 300 mA LDO that provides a very stable and accurate voltage with low noise for space constrained, noise sensitive applications. To optimize performance in battery-powered portable applications, the NCP115 incorporates dynamic quiescent current scaling for extremely low IQ consumption under no-load conditions. The NCP115 features a small XDFN-4 1 mmx1 mm, 0.4mm thin profile encapsulation as well as a standard TSOP5 encapsulation.
