The NCP115 features a small XDFN-4 1 mmx1 mm, 0.4mm thin profile encapsulation as well as a standard TSOP5 encapsulation.

The LC898301XA is a linear vibrator driver IC designed for haptic feedback actuators and vibrators in mobile devices. Thanks to the product's superior technology, the driver frequency can be automatically adjusted to the resonant frequency of the linear vibrator without using other external parts. By using this very energy-efficient drive, powerful vibrations can be achieved using very little energy compared to conventional solutions. The start time and brake time are fully configurable through the I2C settings. Furthermore, an automatic braking function has been implemented to optimize braking times. Finally, the self-test mode is able to detect various possible functional defaults during assembly.
