Memory chip

The CAT25010 is an EEPROM serial 1-Kb SPI device internally organized as 128x8 bits. ON Semiconductor's advanced CMOS process significantly reduces device power requirements. It has a 16-byte write buffer and supports the Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) protocol. The device is enabled through a chip select (CS) input. Also, the must-have bus signals are the clock input (SCK), data input (SI) and data output (SO) lines. The HOLD input can be used to suspend any serial communication with the CAT25010 device. The device features hardware and software write protection, including partial and full array protection.
