Logic device/transceiver/encoder

The MC14093B Schmitt Trigger is constructed using MOS P-channel and N-channel enhancement mode devices in one monolithic structure. The primary use of these devices is where low power consumption and/or high noise immunity are required. The MC14093B can replace the MC14011B quad 2-input NAND gate for higher noise immunity or "square shaping" of slowly changing waveforms.
