The 74AUP1G97 is a general-purpose configurable 2-input logic gate high-performance, low-power solution that provides an ideal solution for battery-operated portable applications. This product is suitable for a wide low voltage operating range (0.8V to 3.6V) and guarantees very low static and dynamic power consumption over the entire voltage range. All inputs are implemented with hysteresis for slower transitioning input signals and better switching noise immunity. The 74AUP1G97 provides various functions determined by different configurations of the three inputs. Potential logic functions provided are AND, OR, NAND and NOR, inverter and buffer.

The NC7S32 is a high performance single 2-input CMOS OR gate. Advanced silicon-gate CMOS fabrication process ensures high-speed, low-power circuit operation over a wide range of VCC. ESD protection diodes are built-in to protect the VCC and GND rails of the input and output. Three stages of gain between input and output ensure high noise immunity and reduce sensitivity to input edge rates.

The LVX32 contains four 2-input OR gates. Input allowable voltage up to 7V Allows connection of 5V system to 3V system.
