The NC7WZ32 is a dual 2-input OR gate belonging to ON Semiconductor's TinyLogic Ultra-Speed ​​family. The device is fabricated using advanced CMOS technology to achieve ultra-high speed and high output drive while maintaining low static power consumption over a very wide VCC operating range. The device is specified for VCC operation from 1.65 to 5.5V. Input and output are high impedance when VCC is 0V. The input is tolerant to 7V regardless of VCC operating voltage.
