The NC7SP08 is a two-input AND single-gate from ON Semiconductor's TinyLogic Ultra Low Power (ULP) family. Suitable for applications where battery life is critical, this product features ultra-low power consumption over a VCC operating range of 0.9V to 3.6V. The internal circuitry consists of a minimal inverter stage including output buffers for ultra-low static and dynamic power consumption. MC74HCT132A has the same pinout as LS132. The device inputs are compatible with standard CMOS outputs; with pull-up resistors they are compatible with LSTTL outputs. The MC74HCT132A can be used to enhance noise immunity or to square slowly changing waveforms.
