The MC74HC4067A uses silicon-gate CMOS technology to achieve fast propagation delay, low on-resistance, and low off-channel leakage. This bidirectional switch/mux/demultiplexer controls analog and digital voltages that vary over the full supply range (VCC to GND). The on/off control inputs are compatible with standard CMOS outputs; with pull-up resistors, they are compatible with LSTTL outputs. For an analog switch with voltage level shifter, see HC4316A.
