The NL7SZ97 is an advanced high-speed CMOS multi-function gate. The device allows the user to select the logic functions MUX, AND, OR, NAND, NOR, INVERT, and BUFFER. The device features Schmitt trigger inputs for enhanced noise immunity. The NL7SZ97 input and output structure provides protection for applied voltages up to 5.5 V regardless of the supply voltage.
