The MC74LCX32 is a high-performance quad 2-input OR gate operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V. High-impedance TTL-compatible inputs significantly reduce input driver current loading, while TTL-compatible outputs improve switching noise performance. The VI specification of 5.5V enables the MC74LCX32 inputs to be safely driven from 5V devices. The current drive capability is 24mA at the output.
