Logic device/transceiver/encoder

The MC14008B 4-bit full adder is constructed using MOS P-channel and N-channel enhancement mode devices in a monolithic structure. The device includes four full adders with fast internal carry-lookahead outputs. It is used for binary addition and other arithmetic applications. The fast parallel carry-out bit enables high-speed operations when used with other adders in the system.
