The FS8G to FS8M series offer breakthrough size and performance. It draws 8 A of DC forward current and provides up to 230 A of surge current capability with a reverse leakage current of only 0.37 μA. All of these capabilities are available in a small, flat-lead, TO-277 encapsulation for space-constrained applications.
