This center-tapped MBR Schottky diode is suitable for auxiliary rectification and freewheeling applications in high-efficiency DC-DC converters, featuring very low forward voltage drop and low leakage current.

This Schottky diode is optimized for very low forward voltage drop and low leakage current and is widely used in DC-DC converters, clamping and protection applications in portable equipment. The NSR0530P2 features SOD-923 miniature encapsulation, enabling designers to complete the challenging task of increasing efficiency while meeting shrinking space requirements.
